Shipping & delivery
For standard shipping in the uk parcels will be sent tracked 48hr by royal mail. Allow 1 week but possibly earlier for delivery, I need around 2-3 days processing time. Delivery costs are calculated by weight.
Unfortunately I am unable to ship overseas at the moment. UK shipping only.
Do I take Custom Orders?
For inquiries about custom orders, please reach out to me directly through the contact form. Depending on the complexity it could take unto 2 months to get your piece to you, but I can give you an estimate on timings promptly. Don't hesitate to drop me a message. I look forward to bringing your ideas to life!
Care Instructions
All functional ware (bowls, plates, cups etc) are food safe, and can go in the dishwasher
(though hand washing is always advised to avoid breakages) - but might be best to avoid microwaves and ovens.
Where do I make my pieces?
I have a small studio at the end of my garden in Burnley, Lancashire. I throw most of my pieces on the pottery wheel and like to hand build large pieces.
Do you express deliver?
If you need something urgently, just pop me a message through the contact form and I will do my best to get it to you ASAP. Due to processing time I can't get it to you next day delivery. Extra costs may apply.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure, just select the pick up option when you buy your items and pop me a message via the contact form to let me know when you plan on coming to collect it.
Help! my pottery arrived broken
I'm so sorry! These things can happen, and it's always such a shame. Don't worry, please get in contact with me via the contact form and send me a picture of the item, with the packaging in view. I'll then either give you a full refund, or if I have a replacement piece in stock I will get another one sent to you ASAP.
