Refund Policy
Overview
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for refunds
The request needs to be made within 30 days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused, in original condition and sent back with appropriate packing (preferably original to ensure no breakages). Refund will not be given until I have received and checked the item. You must also pay for return postage.
Non-refundable items
Any custom items are non-refundable. Unless the product has been received broken.
Item you received has been broken in transit
I am very sorry this has happened! These things can happen and really is such a shame. Don't worry - Send me a picture via email or WhatsApp (with the packaging it came in in view). I will then either give you a full refund or if I have a replacement in stock, I will get another one in the post to you ASAP!
Refund process
Contact me via the get in touch form. Provide your order details and reason for your request (picture if item is broken). If applicable, return the item to the address provided.
