Order processing times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. please allow 1 week but possibly earlier for delivery and please take into consideration bank holidays when ordering short notice.
Shipping rates and Delivery estimates
Standard UK shipping will be sent 48hr tracked (2-3 day delivery aim) by royal mail. Delivery will be calculated at check out depending on size & weight starting at £3.65 for singular small items. This price will increase depending on the size of your order.
If express shipping is required please send me a message through the contact form and we can discuss if it is possible for me to get it out to you earlier. Again shipping costs will vary but I can give you a quote.
Courier delays are also out of my control, but I will try my best to help if something has gone wrong on their end.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged packeges
I'm so sorry! These things can happen, and it's always such a shame. Don't worry, please get I touch via the contact from and send me a picture of the item, with the packaging in view (this needs to be within 48hrs of delivery). I'll either give you a full refund, or if I have a replacement piece in stock I will get another one sent to you ASAP.
Delivery issues & Liability
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, I am not responsible for stolen or missing packages. As I am only a small business I am unable to offer goodwill replacements.
